While our treasured Springboks are resting and practicing on the Pitch for the upcoming season, our Bokke on the Plaas are grazing on the lush grasses and drinking their fill in the running streams in the vast expanse of the open Karoo, so our culinary committee is coming up with even more ideas on how to serve up our national dish, on the Plate, to the locals and visitors who will be joining us for our Second Annual Springbok Blowout in the heart of the Great Karoo, in Booktown Richmond.
